Start the New Year in a new home—with lower payments upfront. ✨🏡

We’re helping qualified buyers make homeownership more affordable with a temporary lender-paid 1/0 buydown.

That means lower mortgage payments during your first year, and the lender covers the cost—so you can ease into homeownership with confidence.

✔️ Reduced payments in year one
✔️ Extra breathing room as you settle in

Why it’s a smart New Year move:

• Helps manage new home expenses
• Offsets today’s higher costs
• A great option for first-time buyers

New year. New goals. New keys. 🔑

Message us to see if this option is right for you.

Right now, 91% of sellers are hiring an agent to sell their house. That’s a record high - and there’s a reason this stat is off the charts. It’s because this market takes way more than a for sale sign to get the job done.

Pricing, negotiating, and navigating every detail requires a serious level of expertise.

So, if a move is on your mind in 2026, make sure you’ve got a pro in your corner. It could be the difference between your house sitting… and selling.

If a move is on your radar for 2026, there’s a lot more working in your favor than there has been in a while.

Your database is already wondering what 2026 is going to bring — even if they’re not saying it out loud. 👀

This snapshot gives you a clear, expert-backed way to answer that question: rates holding in the low 6s, more homes to choose from, and slower price growth that’s already helping affordability improve.

It won’t look the same in every market, which is exactly why this is your moment to step in. Share this with your database, add local context, and replace speculation with facts.

The agents who show up with clarity now are the ones setting themselves up for stronger conversations — and more business — in 2026. ✅

If rates keep dropping, what’s the % that would make you pull the trigger: 5’s, low 6’s, or still waiting?

The average rate on 30-year fixed home loans declined to 6.19% for the week ending Oct. 23, down from 6.27% the week before, according to Freddie Mac. Rates averaged 6.54% during the same period in 2024.
