Needed this reminder on the wall tonight.

Rilyn has hit a 2 year old sleep regression so I couldn’t make it to the gym tonight after the kids went to bed. Finally got her to sleep after 2 1/2 hours.

I could have easily said I’ll just skip today, but I put on my shoes, walked in the garage and did a garage workout instead.

It’d be easy to say I had a long day driving over 5 hours, I should rest. Or I need sleep.

Truth is, your results will only be a product of the work you put in. Talking about what you’re going to do won’t produce any results.

My 3 girls depend on me taking care of my body to show up for them.

Some days I feel motivated to workout. Most days I don’t. Either way you have to stay consistent.

I hope to motivate others in the process to keep going, keep working hard and the results will come! You got this!

It’s Harper’s 2nd year running the mile and she did great!

Parker did her last year in the kids race and can join us in the big one next year! She was so excited to have a #1 on her shirt and get a ribbon!
