Hello all: just sold my home in Wi******er Calif. For top dollar. Didn’t need to sell it, but since interest rates are at a historic low, I thought it was time to sell. Timing is everything, in the real estate game. Get that house on the market now before the market changes. FYI: my house was in escrow for full asking price in 4 days. That’s what’s going on now.

Your home is the most important thing you have, next to your family. When your ready to sell, make sure you hire someone that’s going to get you at least close to what it’s worth. Don’t mess around with those, “we will buy your house folks”. Get a realtor.

Words of the week: Interest rates have dropped again. Still a good time to home shop. I would suggest anywhere but California, unless your work is here, or family is here. If your in the market to sell, don’t fall for those, we will buy your home schemes. You worked to hard, and put a lot into it, to give it away, and let some fly by nite company profit, by giving you some lowball offer. Use a licensed realtor, and get what your home is worth. Summer is going by fast😔

Thinking about selling your home? While pictures are important, and you want to hire a realtor that will show your house online well, and keeps the flyer information box full on the for sale sign. However, you can hire a realtor that uses all the bells and whistles, such as drones, virtual tours, and stuff like that, your house still won’t sell quickly, if it’s not priced right. The first thing a prospective buyer looks for is, how much.

Good morning everyone. FYI, the market is hot right now. I thought interest rates were going to go up, instead they went down, which means it’s a great time to sell, or buy. TIP to get top dollar from your property, the cleaner the better. A little paint goes a long way, in getting an offer quickly. FYI my friends 30yr interest rates have dropped below 4% so that should keep the market steady for a minute. So, that means it’s a good time to buy, especially if your looking for a new home. Otherwise it’s still a sellers market, but that’s not going last to much longer. Don’t wait if you want to sell, eventually rates are going to creep up, and the resale market is already at its peak.

There is only one way to sell your home, that’s with a licensed realtor. Purple Bricks, Open Door and the likes, will not offer you what your home is worth. They are predicated on desperation, and convenience. They only give you an offer, while a realtor gives you advice. Don’t be fooled.
