Heading to NYC today to finish my hands-on training as a certified guide in the “Exactly What To Say’ program. I have been working closely with creator Phil Jones to best understand and share his powerful program for sales professionals.

Why take the time to get certified?

It means that I will have the ability to teach and certify others who want to learn:
-what to say in a situation
-how to say it best
-how to access the tools and knowledge needed to help others get exactly what they want

Over the next couple of days, we will master the techniques needed to teach others the critical skills that we have already successfully implemented in our Boston-based real estate business. I have been so impressed by Phil’s program that I have had my entire team certified with Exactly What To Say. I’m proud to say we are one of the first real estate teams to utilize this innovative program and I am eager to cast a wider net as an Exactly What To Say Certified Guide.

It was an honor to speak in New Jersey last week at the Keller Williams Luxury Spring Event at the Valley Rock Inn & Mountain Club. I gave a presentation to KW agents about how to grow a luxury business and implemented the effective marketing tips my team uses. It was great to meet so many amazing people.

Final numbers for our Client Pie Giveaway were sent to Petsi Pies today and we are so excited to see everyone on Tuesday! 🥧🥧🥧 Pies won't be the only thing given this Thanksgiving. Here's your reminder to drop off that extra blanket (you know the one - it sits at the bottom of the pile all year long just waiting to be used...) to help someone in need.

We're partnering with MISSION of DEEDS, Inc.to host a Blanket Donation Drive at our office (17 Waterfield Rd, Wi******er) on Tuesday during our Pie Giveaway. We will be MATCHING the number of blankets donated! Help keep someone warm this winter ❄️ We sure hope to see you on the 26th!
