s all these states. Having lived and worked in the metropolitan area of Philadelphia, PA, I started my career, in 1985 as a clerk for a Title Company, assisting with settlements and conveyances. I also have done work with a low-income, non-profit development company. This consisted of renovating and re-selling to battered and abused women and low income families. I have had extensive experience in new construction both as a site agent and project manager’s assistant. I acquired my CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation in Spring of 1997. I have received recognitions for Outstanding Salesperson in 1999, 2000, 2001 and Salesperson of The Year 2002 and 2003, and first half of 2004 in Pennsylvania. Winner of Rookie award in Ohio in 2005. Winner of the Directors award 2011 and 2012 and the Presidents Award in 2013 by Blue Ridge Board of Realtors in Virginia. In 2013 an Excellence Award. Recently added are my Accredited Buyer Representation and Seller Representation Specialist Designations. I currently reside in Middletown, VA in the Warren County area where I am actively involved in the community. As a former member of the Kiwanis Organization, I’ve assisted in chairing special ongoing projects. I have started a story book corner at a local library. I am also a Past President of the Kiwanis Organization. As a mother of three and a step-mother of four I understand many facets of family life and relocating that family. Finishing a term as Co-Chair on the American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Lake Township, Ohio, co-chairing a food pantry drive for Front Royal, VA, collecting supplies for Haiti, Chairing the Weichert Team for Relay for Life in Warren County, active involvement in my church with “Matthew 25” which give free lunch , food and clothing to the needy, active with the Blue Ridge Board serving on several committees...I am totally committed to keeping our communities and the Shenandoah Valley a fine place to live and work.
