Broker’s Open today at two beautiful new construction homes in Edinburg!

I got to tour Grace and Alisa’s listings at 130 and 142 Wesley Chapel Drive, and they are both ONEderful properties. ✨

I have to say, 142 Wesley Chapel was my favorite. The staging was outstanding, and the finishes and thoughtful touches throughout both homes really stood out. These are the kinds of homes where you keep noticing little details as you walk from room to room.

There are moments in life that remind you why you love what you do. ❤️🏡

This closing was an especially meaningful one for me.

Over the past week, I've been recovering from a mastectomy... but one thing never changed.. my commitment to my clients. While I may have had to slow down physically, I made sure every detail was handled so both my seller and buyer made it to the closing table.

This transaction was extra special because I represented both sides. My seller is a previous client I had the privilege of helping purchase this home years ago, and now I was honored to help him successfully sell it. My buyer is like family and a past client, making this closing even more meaningful.

No one succeeds alone, and I am incredibly thankful for my colleague, Pam Foltz, who stepped in to help wherever I needed her during my recovery. Having teammates who genuinely care about both you and your clients is something I never take for granted.
