WARREN COUNTY, VA
As the spring market approaches, let's take a look at the trends and numbers for February 2026. A little surprised to see 61 days on market was the average for listings last month, compared to 42 DOM this time last year! These numbers help sellers prepare as they set expectations for their upcoming listing experience over the next few months. Reports do show, that if a listing shows well and is priced right, sellers can still expect fast action!
