Rose has enjoyed an interesting and variety of occupations including Retiring from the Navy, Business & Computer Science College Professor, High School Teacher, Insurance. Rose has also managed her own Notary Signing Company under S&R Notary Solutions for over 21 years. Having bought and sold and being so familiar with real estate she earned a degree to be a Real Estate Broker, but since starting
her real estate career late in life has been a blessing in disguise. She retired from teaching and built up her notary business and then obtaining her real estate license to move forward in life. Rose & Sondy love traveling and real estate provides the income to enjoy visiting new places and traveling with her wife in their RV on a variety of trips not to mention renting it out and managing an Airbnb business for 5 years in our home. She survived. Rose has been a member of one of the top brokerages, Signature Real Estate Groups in Southern California with over 175 agents and closing 25 sales a week on average. One of the best decisions in her life. She credits her broker Susan Ebert with the awesome training she has received. Signature is a one stop for sellers with their own escrow company “Your Escrow” to aligning with top professional vendors in the area. Born and raised on Long Island, NY she joined the Navy and left New York. She has lived in Southern California for over 35 years and moved from Orange County to San Diego and then in 2006 to Riverside County. She has that New York work ethic which is second to none that will ensure you will be taking care of personally from beginning making sure you receive the keys to your new home or close the sale of your home to start the next chapter of your life. Rose’s education is enormous to list, she holds 2 Masters of Science degrees in Ecommerce and Computers and Education. A bachelor’s in human resources and numerous AA degrees. She also managed a large Foreign Exchange program in Southern California placing over 250 students over almost 10 years in which she earned enough travel credits to tour Europe for 3 months and Australia for 3 months in 1992. She loves different cultures and has a deep appreciation that we live in a global society. As a realtor she has sold and helped buyers of all diverse cultures and helped many see that they are only limited to their knowledge of real estate and she strives to teach them the market and how they can buy. Helping clients make intelligent real estate investments. If there are credit issues she works with a team of lenders, credit repairs etc. to help clients plan for their day to own their Dream Home. She works with just one or two clients at a time to make sure she is focused on their needs.
