Samuels Public Library is seeking a creative, enthusiastic team player to join our staff! 🤝 This position will manage the PR for the department. This includes creating dynamic signage, flyers, social media posts and videos. This position will also use the library’s scheduling software to reserve rooms for various activities. Additionally, this position entails assisting with maintaining the library’s collection and providing excellent customer service at our busy reference desk.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Canva, Microsoft and Google products plus various social media platforms and basic editing software. Previous experience working with children and teens is preferred. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with the public, is creative and organized, and can work collaboratively as part of a team. This is a 24-hour per-week position that requires some evening and weekend hours.

My Front Royal sellers entered the late spring market, which is sometimes challenging as buyers are thinking about their summer plans.

The priority:

My sellers needed a rent back to take their time packing and moving without stress.
They knew the buyer would need to walk through the home with them multiple times throughout the process to show them how systems functioned and answer any questions.

They chose the offer based on no home inspection contingency and a rent back favorable to their goals.

That's where I came in.

I wanted to show the changing of the seasons, so I visited the property multiple times before we were active to capture the home’s story, gardens and winter views.
I gathered documents from the county government and advised on the best ways to prepare the home for market, saving them stress and thousands of dollars in renovations.
