The Median Sales Price reached a new high of $389,500 in July, while Pending Sales increased 8.1% and homes sold in an average of just 17 days.

Buyer activity remains strong, even as limited inventory continues to challenge the market.

The Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® reports a mixed March market, with increased new listings and steady pending sales, but a year-over-year decline in closed sales and a slight dip in median price.

As we head into the spring market, improving inventory is creating more opportunities for buyers, while demand remains strong.
