Congratulations to my clients and friends, the Dickens, who have successfully closed on their new home in Windermere! We faced a challenging situation with multiple offers, and initially, the sellers chose a higher offer. However, when the first buyer missed their financing deadline, it created an opportunity for us to re-enter the negotiations and secure the property. In real estate, the game isn't over until you reach the closing table. I'm grateful to my clients for trusting my advice and making an assertive offer to reclaim their dream home.

Just sold! $2,292,000 on Lake Conway. My client made a comment to me that if he can get a certain number for his home they would sell. Over a million more than he had paid for it in 2018. A few weeks later I was able to match a buyer up with their property that had missed out on another one of our listings. If you’ve got a home to sell on Conway we’ve got the resources and market awareness to get it done…on or off market.

Wow, this is an amazing find! A stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home right on Lake Holden. As soon as I walked in, I fell in love with the open floor plan and beautiful wood flooring. The high ceilings and abundance of windows really let in that gorgeous lake view, making it feel like a true oasis.
