Today's picture comes from Lotte World in Seoul Korea. We got to celebrate my daughter's early birthday there and continued to actually celebrate it in Universal Studios Japan! I can't believe they are celebrating 25 years this year. I remember them being at UO learning our kitchen layout and operations and our chefs going over to Japan, time flys.
