Rentals are still hot in Central Florida. The demand is there with the interest rates being so high, many people are choosing to rent over buying. We work a broad 5 county area. We cover a lot of ground. I have 30 years in the business, and I am the Senior Property Manager for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty. My son Corey has joined the business with me as well so there are now two of us!
