The offer is only the beginning. 📃

Negotiation is where experience, strategy, and knowing when to push really matters.

When I represent a Buyer, I look at every decision through one lens, “If this were my money and my Family’s investment, what would I do?”

That means looking at the entire deal, not just the purchase price. The terms, the inspection, the repairs, the credits, it all matters, because every dollar matters. 💰

Sometimes the best negotiation is pushing harder. Sometimes it’s knowing when you already have a good deal.

And sometimes it’s telling the Buyer, “I wouldn’t go for it.”

My job is not to get you into a house. My job is to help you make the right decision and protect your investment along the way.

2015 → 2026 🥹🫶🏼

I look at these two pictures and there is so much LIFE between them.

In 2015, Phil and I were just beginning our journey in Residential Real Estate. Real Estate itself wasn’t new to us. We had been buying and investing since our early 20’s. But helping people buy and sell their homes was a whole new beginning for us.

We hustled 😅 we grind, we grew. And 11 years later, the hustle and the grind are still part of who we are. I guess you can take us out of New York, but you can’t take that New York hustle out of us.

Fast forward 11 years…Our little girl from that first picture is now standing beside us, all grown up, licensed, and serving Buyers and Sellers right alongside us. 🤩

When I look at where we started and where we are today, I am beyond GRATEFUL 🙏🏼❤️ for every Family who trusted us, every opportunity, every lesson, every relationship, and every door God opened along the way.

Real Estate is truly my passion, and I absolutely love what I do. I did in my early 20’s and still do in my 40’s. I truly love helping people, and being able to do it together as a Family makes it SOOO much more special. 🫶🏼🥹

2015 - we were building a career.

2026 - we are building something bigger.

“Sometimes you don’t realize you’re building the life you once prayed for until you stop and look back.”

And looking back all I can say is “Thank You God.”

HUGE Congratulations to our amazing SELLERS on the sale of their beautiful home! 🏡❤️

We are so incredibly grateful they trusted us to represent them. Their trust means the world to us.

SOLD in 10 days. 🔑❤️

And honestly, our Sellers deserve a lot of the credit for this one.

This home was 3 years old and still looked, felt & smelled brand new.

It was immaculate, lightly lived in and beautifully maintained. You could immediately see the pride they took in caring for their home.

And BUYERS noticed.

When we list a home, our job is to recognize what makes it special and strategically market that story to the Buyers who are most likely to connect with it.

This one is very close to my heart.🥹🙏🏼

This home in Astatula was in foreclosure, and timing truly mattered. By God’s grace, everything came together exactly when and how it needed, and we were able to sell it in perfect timing. The outcome brought relief to our Sellers and opportunity to the Buyer.

I can’t share all the details, but I can say this, there is absolutely no shame in going through something like foreclosure or a short sale. Life happens. Seasons change. Me and Phil walked through that same valley back in 2008, so I understand how heavy, uncertain, and emotionally draining it is.

Being able to step in, guide and support with that level of understanding and compassion is exactly why we do what we do. You’re never alone in it, and there is always a way through.
