Finally tackled neighbors deck. Ledger was pretty rotted. Took old out straightened ledger got some flashing in there and rebuilt hopefully she will enjoy fir many years. Then dug out and added a small retaining wall. Under deck. Guess we can add hardscaping to our resume

Gotta love going to replace a couple tiles. Floor was rotted took up 3 layers of flooring getting down to original board floor was able to dry it out install one layer of subfloor then need to use floor leveler to the the sag out. But came out nice in the end
