** 12/13/25 ** LOST DOG - RAYMOND, ME

Dexter, a neutered white poodle/westie, is missing from his home on Rockwood Acres. He is 12 years old, 25 pounds and wearing a collar with a rabies tag. One eye is swollen from an eye infection for which he is being treated. Dexter is FRIENDLY BUT DO NOT CHASE OR CALL OUT TO HIM. If you see Dexter call Steven or Carli at 207-332-6678.

Long Lake and Brand Pond have completely frozen over. This has to be the earliest in the winter that I have ever seen this. Brrrrr Sorry, I didn't get a picture of it.

EXCITING NEWS! After 20 years (yes, it's been that long) at Krainin Real Estate, I've made the decision that it's time to move on to better things. I am happy to announce that I have made the move to Coldwell Banker Team Real Estate in Windham. It was not an easy decision to leave and I've have been agonizing over it for months. Sometimes, you just know when the time is right. Karen and Charlie Tufts have welcomed me into their wonderful family with open arms and I'm excited for the new adventure. PS - I still love referrals! 😁
