Stephanie is skilled at creating an accurate market analysis and plan so her listings will sell for the highest price in the least amount of time. Her detailed marketing plans always includes professional photography, personalized virtual tours, followed by extensive on-line exposure, open houses, notification to her buyer list, and more. While born in Texas, she was raised in Maine. She has experienced island life on Peaks Island, coastal living in Yarmouth and Freeport and now a bit inland in New Gloucester. As a young adult she traveled the world and has a deep appreciation for other cultures. Stephanie is a Veteran of the United State Air Force where she served and lived in Okinawa, Japan. After completing her tour in the Air Force she moved back to Maine and finished her degree in Business. Stephanie now shares her home with her husband of 5 years, two beautiful children and a handful of terriers.
