"When we first made the decision to move to Maine, we quickly ruled out the coast due to the high costs and heavy crowds, turning our attention instead to the beautiful regions north of Sebago Lake. Unfortunately, our first experience with a realtor was incredibly discouraging. When we explained that our timeframe to buy was 18 to 24 months and that we wanted to explore the area's communities, they essentially dismissed us, telling us to just go to open houses on our own to get a feel for things.

Thankfully, we didn't give up. We reached out to Coldwell Banker and were scheduled to meet with Krystal—and that changed everything.

Our first meeting took place at the local office, and it went exceptionally well. Krystal spent a significant amount of time truly getting to know us. We discussed our current stage in life, our long-term timeframe, our family dynamics, and exactly what we were looking for in a home. Despite our extended buying timeline and our indecision about where exactly we wanted to land in this vast region, she completely embraced the challenge.

We officially started our journey in November, viewing homes across various communities, usually two or three at a time. Because the region is so expansive, we often spent more time driving between listings than actually touring them. Through it all, Krystal was incredibly patient.

After just a few outings, she developed an intuitive understanding of what we were looking for. She began actively directing us away from properties she knew wouldn't check our boxes. At the same time, she happily showed us houses we all knew weren't the perfect structural fit, simply to help us get a feel for the surrounding neighborhoods and communities.

When we finally found the house of our dreams, Krystal truly went above and beyond to help us secure it in a highly competitive market. Knowing how much the home meant to us, she beautifully articulated why we were the perfect buyers for the property. It made all the difference.

It was an absolute pleasure having Krystal as our realtor. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and deeply cares about her clients. What started as a professional relationship has turned into a wonderful friendship, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
