Special thanks to Tricia Parker for bringing a buyer to this deal and assisting with a very smooth closing.

We love working with real estate agents when possible. We bought this off-market property and wanted to sell it as-is, allowing a buyer to have some sweat equity.

Tricia contacted me the first day we put it up for sale and had a buyer wanting to do a walkthrough.

By the end of the day we had an agreement. We gladly payed a commission of 3% for bringing the buyer.

If you're a real estate agent we'd love to be a buyer for you if you have distressed houses or situations you come across... and we'd love to have you bring buyers our way as well! We are always happy to pay a commission.

We went all-in on this deal to help the sellers. They were very close to losing their home to the tax sale and walking away empty handed.

We were able to quickly get their past due taxes of nearly 10k paid off, then set them up with one of our attorneys to correct a failed probate.
