Approximately 90% of our business comes from referrals. Our clients range first time home buyers to executive relocations. We also list and sell downtown lofts, acreages, townhomes, and foreclosures. With each client, we go the extra distance to help reach their goals and make their transaction as stress free as possible. From first time buyers, growing families, and to empty nesters and retirees, we help our buyers and sellers work through the home selling and buying process. I am an accomplished business professional with 15 years of expertise in sales, marketing and business development within the commercial and residential real estate industries. A Drake University graduate, I began my real estate career in 1998 with RE/MAX Real Estate Group, went on to become the Director of Client Relations for a commercial construction company, and then the Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa. Additionally, I was part of the distinguished Forty under 40 Class in 2008. Lindsay is a graduate from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communication Studies. She has been part of the Julie Moore Real Estate Team for 3 years and in real estate for 4 years. Before joining the Julie Moore Real Estate Team, she facilitated mortgage closings for a company in Des Moines. Lindsay has experience in the detailed areas of pending transactions with in real estate and brings extensive knowledge to the team. We know the importance in giving back to the community and we do that in multiple ways. Our motto is “Charity shines through the windows of every home we sell.” Therefore, with each transaction completed, a donation is made to the charity of our client’s choice, as our gift to them. Since 2011, we have donated over 15,000 to many different charities on behalf of our clients. We also work hard to connect clients who have items to give away or donate to local area nonprofits during the packing and moving process. Together, we strive to make Central Iowa a better place.
