This stage of the Little Italy remodel is where the real work happens. Extensive reframing throughout the home, new windows installed, and countless conversations with contractors to make sure every detail—from HVAC placement to bathroom layouts—functions the way it should.

It's not the glamorous part of a renovation, but it's the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Outside, we're about 90% complete with the new siding, and inside the vision is finally starting to take shape. Looking back at where we started makes the progress even more rewarding.
