Some transactions test everyone involved.

This closing reminded us that real estate is never just about houses. It’s about people navigating big life moments, unexpected delays, emotions, and uncertainty all at once.

There were moments of frustration, confusion, and exhaustion throughout this process. But there were also moments of patience, teamwork, reassurance, and grace.

One thing we continue learning in this business is that communication matters just as much as strategy. And sometimes the best thing you can offer someone in a stressful moment is simply reassurance that they are not alone in figuring it out.

A little over a year ago, Sully hosted an open house for a home in Johnston.
