Challenge accepted! My repeat client gave me less than 60 days to get their home sold before they were going to rent it out.

In a down market where the average days on market is approx 45 days this was going to be a tall order.

They did a fantastic job getting the home ready for sale, and we did have to correct the price about 30 days in. But, right before taking it off the market we ended up getting 3 offers and got the job done. Congratulations to my sellers and thank you for putting your faith and trust in me!
