🤔 If this is a nearly $1 million home, why can’t the stairs all be the same size? 🏠💰

One of the most common trip hazards found during inspections is uneven stair risers and tread depths. Your brain expects every step to be the same, and when they’re not, that’s when accidents happen. Price tag doesn’t always equal quality.

Don’t assume a newer or expensive home is defect-free. That’s why inspections matter. 👀🔍

How much money did the builder save by cutting corners on this one? 👀🏠 11-month warranty inspections are SO important because this is the stuff most homeowners don’t notice until the damage starts showing up later 😬 Loose siding 💨 gutters holding standing water instead of draining 💦 and deck boards installed so tight together the water has nowhere to go 🌧️🚫 Don’t wait until your builder warranty expires to find these problems the expensive way 😅

Is your garage door opener doing the cha-cha every time it opens? 😂 If the opener is wobbling, shaking, or hanging without proper support, that’s a “don’t do that.” These units need to be securely mounted so they don’t loosen, shift, or put extra stress on the door system over time. Recommend further evaluation by qualified contractor.
