No other company names. No competing brands. Just one logo for thousands of students, staff, and visitors to see every day.

99 inspections.

Some people see a number. I see 99 families who trusted us during one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

I see safety concerns identified before they became someone elseā€™s problem. I see hidden defects brought to light. I see buyers gaining a better understanding of the home theyā€™re investing in.

According to Mortgage Reports, homebuyers who get a thorough home inspection negotiate an average of about $14,000 in repairs, credits, or concessions. If thatā€™s true, then the value created through these 99 inspections is measured in far more than just inspection reports.

Every inspection is an opportunity to help someone make a more informed decision, avoid unexpected expenses, and move forward with confidence.

Weā€™re only halfway through June, and Iā€™m grateful for every client, agent, and referral partner who continues to put their trust in Fletcherā€™s Home Inspections.

The older I get, the more I realize that waiting until youā€™re 100% sure usually means youā€™ll never move.

Whether itā€™s starting a business, making a career change, buying a house, ending a relationship, or chasing a goal youā€™ve put off for years, there will always be reasons to wait. There will always be unknowns.

Most of the biggest decisions in my life werenā€™t made with certainty. They were made with enough conviction to take the next step and the willingness to figure the rest out along the way.

Certainty is rare. Progress comes from moving forward anyway.

One of my favorite parts of home inspections isnā€™t the houseā€”itā€™s the furry friends I meet along the way. šŸ¶

I was trying to inspect the exterior of this home, but this guy had other plans. Apparently, playing fetch was much more important than getting the inspection done! šŸ˜‚

Think water and electricity donā€™t mix? āš”šŸ’§ Neither do I.

This exterior light fixture was installed on top of the Z-flashing, leaving a gap behind it that allows water to run directly onto the electrical wiring. A simple installation mistake can create moisture intrusion, corrosion, and potential electrical hazards.
