What does “luxury” actually look like in Loveland right now?

In 2026, it can mean mountain or lake views, oversized lots, custom kitchens, incredible outdoor living spaces, and garages big enough for all the Colorado gear.

And one of the most interesting parts? Loveland can still offer significantly more home and land than some other Front Range luxury markets.

The overall Loveland market has been active, with a median sold price around $490,000 through the first half of the year and homes going from list to under contract in a median of about 20 days. Luxury properties tend to take longer simply because the buyer pool is smaller.
