Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a day to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

Join the Town of Windsor and the American Legion Post 109 on Monday, May 25 at 9:00 AM at Lakeview Cemetery for the Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony honoring our fallen veterans.

Following the ceremony, the Memorial Day BBQ will begin at 11 AM at the Legion. Veterans eat free, and burger plates for non-veterans are $10. Some of our RE/MAX Alliance Windsor agents will also be volunteering during the event, and we’re honored to support such an important day for our community.

A special thank you to our Director of Operations, Lisa Rothenberger, for generously donating elk meat from their hunt to help support the BBQ. ❤️

This Memorial Day, we encourage our Windsor community to come together in remembrance and gratitude for the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

The Town of Windsor and American Legion Post 109 will host a Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony on Monday, May 25 at 9:00 AM at Lakeview Cemetery.

Following the ceremony, the American Legion will host a Memorial Day BBQ at 11 AM. Veterans eat free, and burger plates for non-veterans are $10, with proceeds helping support local veteran initiatives.

You can also support by stopping by the Windsor Safeway poppy distribution on Friday, May 22 from 9 AM–3 PM.

We’re grateful for the veterans, families, and organizations who continue to serve and strengthen our community every day.
