Another great week in the books! I closed on these two properties. One was a long time in the making for out state clients, but we closed within 12 days. The other was the first and only house that we toured, which made it a super easy process for my buyer and I both.

Another bonus this week, was that I finally have a closing date for one of my new construction homes after over a year of being under contract!
