As most of you know by now, I have accepted another position in a company in Charleston. Ms Jenny Fizer will be the new manager. She also works at our Charleston location with Tim/Maintenance. I will be around for another month or so.. part time- but Ms Fizer is office manager you will need to contact. I’m only around to help out if needed. I have enjoyed working here.. making friends and being part of the Brittany Point community.. please make Ms Fizer welcomed. ❤️❤️❤️😊

For those who has a gym room key… it will not work. Lock is messed up. Maintainence has changed the lock today. I will go tomorrow and have a bunch of keys cut … so please stop by the office Friday (or after) for a new key! Thank you for your patience in getting this issue fixed.

Spring cleaning tip.

Please take note of the Governors state of emergency posted below!
Be safe!

For those of us in the Brittany Point Apartments community.. please know that we will have our road/driving area cleared as soon as possible. Our crew that clears the roads also has other areas/communitiea and will get to us as soon as possible. For the sidewalks.. myself/manager and groundskeeper Peyton Sovine, will do our best to clear at least a pathway once the majority of this storm hits. There is still salt on our sidewalks now, and tomorrow/Friday, we will lay out fresh salt to help before the storm hit. Please be patience with us and we will do the best we can do to make these areas safe for you.
