A "Depression" on the roof deck causing "DEPRESSION" in the pocket book.

Spotted from the exterior a slight depression of the roof deck. The underside of the roof deck showing the plywood is very damaged. Apparently, when the shingles were replaced the roofer packed underlayment to "fill" the low spot.

It did NOT work..

The lowest estimate to:

Remove the Shingles of the effected area

Replace the damaged plywood

Install new underlayment and shingles

$3800.00

The Plumbing is ALL WET ! ! !

Homeowners insurance generally will not cover polybutylene pipes because they are considered a defective material prone to leaks and bursts, and many policies have specific exclusions for them. While insurance may cover the resulting water damage from a sudden pipe failure, it typically won't pay for the pipes themselves. MAINTENANCE - A septic system is NOT something that you want to forget about. It may be out of sight and out of mind, however... it there is an issue - it will definitely Not be "OUT OF SMELL" not to mention the health issues ewww!

Here is a simple online guide, regular maintenance is much less than paying for a new system.
