Ongoing work is taking place in Phase II - Buildings 100, 200, 300, 800, 1000, 1100, 1700, 1900, 2500, 2700, and the Community Building!

- All exterior windows have been successfully replaced in Buildings 1700 and 1900, marking the completion of window replacement for these buildings.
- Completion of all trash enclosures has been achieved.
- Asbestos removal has been successfully completed in all units.
- Cabinetry and countertops are in the process of being delivered.
- Building 100: Closet doors have been painted but not yet installed. Electrical work is fully completed. The underslab plumbing in one unit has been replaced and is ready for backfilling and repouring of the floor slab. The building is prepared to receive cabinetry.
- Building 200: Closet doors are painted but not installed. Electrical work is complete. Underslab plumbing in one unit is currently being installed. The building is ready to receive cabinetry.
- Building 300: Electrical work is complete. Sheetrock walls are prepared for finishing.
- Building 800 & 1000: Plumbing for the accessible unit below the slab has been installed, and concrete slab patching is complete. Demolition is complete for all other units..
- Building 1100 & 1700: Walls have been painted, electrical work is complete, and the building is ready to receive cabinetry.
Building 1900, 2500 & 2700: Sheetrock finishing is currently underway, and electrical work is complete.
- Community Building: Demolition is nearly complete, except for the laundry area. New walls have been framed, and underslab plumbing for the south toilet room has been installed.

- Currently working in Buildings 100, 200, 300, 1100, 1700 and 1900.
- Also just starting in Buildings 800, 1000, 2500 and 2700.
- All exterior windows have been replaced except 2 buildings.
- Demolition is almost complete.

Construction and renovation update for The Preserve at St. James Court from last month. The construction team continues to move through the renovation with continual coordination from the architects, engineers, energy consultants and countless others.

Phase I renovations almost complete! These units received a much needed facelift!

All these and countless other items making progress in and around the building as the community is completely transformed and renovated from finishes to energy efficiency.
