We ♥️ sharing the progress at Waterway...great things are happening and we're thrilled to be a part of it!

More progress. More milestones. More of Waterway coming to life.

Water and sewer permits have now been approved, clearing the way for upcoming road work, while lakes and ponds continue to take shape throughout the property.

The marina has also reached a major milestone with dredging of the main channels complete. Plans are moving forward to fully refresh the docks and walkways, creating the marina setting that will become one of Waterway’s signature features.

And momentum continues to build:
✨ 24 retail homesites sold to date
⚓ Boat slip closings expected to begin this month
🏡 First homesites currently projected for March/April 2027
🌿 Builder teams actively working on pre-approved home plans

We're excited to share the vision for the future Waterway amenity center - featuring a pool, cabanas, dog park, playground, pavilion and generous green spaces. This will be designed to be the heartbeat of this walkable coastal community. See it in comments!

What I always admired most about Dolly Parton went far beyond her talent. It was her strong faith, sharp business sense, constant optimism, kindness and generosity. She proved you could be wildly successful without losing your humility, your humor or your heart.

OOO and out exploring! 🍷
Sometimes the best marketing inspiration happens when you step away from the desk.

Yesterday's stop: Grandfather Vineyard & W**ery in Banner Elk, North Carolina - one of those High Country destinations that knows how to create an experience people want to share.

Beautiful creekside grounds. Live music. Mountain views. Great weather. Local w**e. Plenty of reasons to settle in and stay awhile.

And the w**e’s not too shabby either. 😉

From a marketing perspective, Grandfather Vineyard is a great example of experiential marketing done right. They’re not just promoting a North Carolina w**ery....they’re creating a memorable destination around the w**e, the setting, the music and the overall experience.

That’s the kind of marketing that gets people talking, posting, tagging friends and planning a return visit.
Grandfather Vineyard definitely understood the assignment.
