"Lauren is a true partner. Her positive attitude, kindness, honesty, and relentless commitment is what makes her an extraordinary agent. She came highly recommended by a friend, and within moments of connecting with her my wife and I knew we had finally found our agent.
Her actions built so much trust. She took the time to understand us as people first and as clients second. She wanted to know our interests, lifestyle, preferences, habits, work and hobbies. She took the time to deeply understand the style of home that we were looking for aesthetically, geographically, and functionally. Then she connected the dots between 'life' and 'house' in unexpected ways that produced fantastic results.
We have very particular tastes and Lauren got our style down right away. It was impressive. She has great taste. She knows what good looks like and is relentless about finding it for her clients. She was super flexible in working around our schedule when setting up tours. If my wife and I couldn't make it to a showing, she would drive out to a property for us and do a video walk through because she didn't want us to miss out on an opportunity.
She was proactive in finding pocket listings (not just sending zillow links along) and was highly responsive to any text, email, or call. She made us feel like we were her only client. Lauren never put any pressure on us during the process. You could tell she truly wanted us to find the right home and never was pushy during the process. It never felt like she was trying to make a sale, it felt like was trying to make us happy.
One weekend, we finished touring three homes that my wife and I were really excited about, but none of them were winners for us. We were pretty dejected, and we had a fourth home on our list and wanted to skip the showing because we were so exhausted. Lauren lifted our spirits, gave us just the right encouragement and convinced us to go see the fourth and final showing that afternoon. Sure enough, we fell in love with the house and we put an offer in the next day.
Throughout the inspection, closing, and attorney review process Lauren was always available to provide council during what was an incredibly stressful time. Not only was she emotionally supportive, but she got her hands dirty. She scheduled and attended numerous follow-up inspections that we had requested to ensure that every inch of the home was in good order. It was way more work for her but she wanted us to be confident in our purchase. Because of Lauren's commitment during the inspection phase we entered the final financial negotiations with a detailed understanding of the condition home. Her hard work empowered us with information that provided a stronger negotiating position for us. We just couldn't be happier with how it all worked out.
My wife and I feel like "we won" in one of the most competitive real estate markets in decades because of Lauren.
