📉 Big news from the Fed!
Today the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 0.25% to a new range of 4.00%–4.25% — the first rate cut since December 2024.

💡 What it means for you:
➡️ The Fed signaled two more cuts may come this year.
➡️ Mortgage rates could ease, but experts don’t expect them to dip much below 6% in 2025.
➡️ Buyers + refinancers may see some relief, but patience is key.

🏡 Lower borrowing costs could bring more opportunity in the housing market.
