I will never forget September 11, 2001. I was a college senior preparing to head to New York City for investment banking interviews. That moment, and everything that followed, left a lasting impression on me. Pat Tillman’s decision to leave behind his NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals to serve in the U.S. Army after 9/11 remains one of the most powerful examples of selflessness and courage.

In light of ongoing conflicts around the world, it is important not to lose sight of the sacrifices our military continues to make—putting their lives on the line, often putting education and personal goals on hold, to protect our country and our freedom.

The Pat Tillman Foundation supports veterans and active-duty service members through scholarships and professional development, helping them continue their education and lead with purpose.

Looking back on 2025, what stands out most isn’t the numbers — it’s the people.

Clients who become friends. Families who trust me with the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.

I walk through so much with my clients — the excitement, the stress, the change — and I truly become invested in their wellbeing.

As this year comes to a close, I’m incredibly thankful for my family, my friends, and for being part of so many families’ lives in the community I love.

I trained for a marathon after not running one in 10 years (life + injury 🫠)…
and then realized “a half will do” 😂
But these miles reminded me why I love living here:

✔ Sheridan Road = ✨trees, ✨peace, ✨water stops + that skyline
You don’t give up the lakefront when you leave Chicago —
you just get a different kind of beauty.
