The Benefits of renovations: Having fun updating our 1940 home with zoned heating, new copper pipes, new breakfast room and Master Bath. Oh the joys of living through construction but well worth it. We love the bones of our new home. Don't give up on the older homes, make them yours instead.!!!

I spent the day with Matt and Nathan at the Frank Lloyd Wright Studio in Oak Park. The tour includes walking to 10 of the homes Wright designed in the area. He originated the Prairie Style Home in 1901.
