I've been saying it for a while now... **Glenview is where it's at.** ❤️🏡

Needless to say, about **half of my 2026 transactions so far have been in Glenview**, and it's easy to see why.

You get beautiful neighborhoods, incredible parks, great restaurants, shopping, easy access to the city, and a variety of housing options, from first condos and townhomes to luxury homes on oversized lots. It's become one of my favorite communities to show buyers because there truly is something for everyone.

Still taking it all in. Beyond honored to be featured in as a top luxury agent.

Last night was a reminder of how grateful I am to build a business rooted in relationships, trust, and showing up for clients at every level.

As I shared in the article, luxury to me is not defined by a price point. Whether it’s a first condo, a forever family home, or a custom new construction, every client deserves luxury-level service, strategy, communication, and care. That belief is what has built my business and what continues to set the Keki Cannon Team apart.

This might be controversial… 😬

But here’s what you really need to know about submitting an offer AS-IS:
It doesn’t mean you’re skipping inspections—but it does mean the seller is not obligated to disclose issues, make repairs, or offer credits… even for health, safety, or structural concerns. As-Is has been popular the last couple of years but recently I have been counseling my buyers to do "inspection no-request" and NOT signing off on AS-IS and guess what? all my buyers in the last 2 months still got the house.

Because remember, AS-IS is firm. You’re saying: “I’ll take the property exactly as it is—no questions, no fixes, no credits.
So be smart. Know what you’re signing up for and align yourself with a buyer agent that knows how to protect you!
