Marsha Balsamo expertly guided us through every step of a 1031 Like-Kind Exchange for a rental house that had been in our family for generations. She helped us evaluate our options with the original property and coordinated our search for a replacement. When we finally found what we were looking for, Marsha got a full-price offer on the old house the first day it was listed. Then she negotiated the purchase of the new house at close to 20% below asking price. She guided us through the closings on both properties, put us in touch with excellent contractors, inspectors, service and maintenance personnel, and coordinated all necessary repairs and improvements. When everything was ready with the new property, she found quality tenants to rent the house in just a few short weeks. Marsha handled EVERYTHING from start to finish, making it all come together seamlessly. Her market knowledge and customer service skills are excellent.
