3. First-time home buyer - up to $230K. Looking for something outside of Winona, Lewiston, Altura or surrounding.

4. Family looking for acreage in Houston, Winona, Trempealeau, or Buffalo Counties. Budget up to $400K.

5. Several 1st-time home buyers looking in the city of Winona, up to $200-$275K.

6. Individual looking in the city of Rushford. Budget up to $250K.
