In 2024 I met Anthony. He sold his home a few years before with my broker, moved out to the Poconos for peace and serenity, and then decided to come back home.
We toured and looked through so many houses, putting in countless offers, until he found 190 Waterford Rd.
Turns out this wasn't quite where his soul needed to rest. Just a year later in 2025, he reached back out to me asking to sell his home. We did the usual and got it on the market.
Only 8 days later, his adorable rancher in Blue Anchor was under contract and before you know it, we were closed and Anthony was moving on! ...or back to the trees and mountains of the Poconos. 😊

Whew! It's been way too long since I've posted victories! 🎉 This one ended 2025...
I will never forget this unique story. Winnie reached out earlier in the year (maybe even the previous year, it's been a while), looking for a property that had a house for her granddaughter and an in-law suite of sorts for herself. These types of properties aren't the easiest to come by, so it took some time, but we kept looking!
At one point, Winnie noticed that the house diagonal from her current backyard had been quiet for quite some time. She decided to leave a note on the door for the owner. Wouldn't you know it, that owner called her and he was ready to sell!
After some back and forth and figuring out representation, this gorgeous colonial now belongs to Amanda! There isn't an in-law suite, but grandma's yard butts up against granddaughter's and it was the perfect scenario for this first time homebuyer!
