Step One: Find a property that interests you and meets your needs. You can find our listings on our page, website or craigslist. Tip: Be specific on what you want, but be flexible.
Step Two: If you are interested in a property, fill out our free application! www.birchwatermanagement.com If you have any questions about the listing please put it on the application under the questions section.
Step Three: All applications will be reviewed by the Credit Department. An Application MUST be submitted prior to scheduling a showing.
Step Four: Once your application is approved by the owner, the management team will contact you to schedule a showing.
