Our initial leases are for 12 months. After your first lease term, renewal options may be available, including shorter-term lease renewals depending on availability.
Our community includes water, pest control, and trash removal. Rental insurance is required for all residents
To apply, we require a $50 x person, application fee. We are a pet-friendly community! Our pet policy includes a $350 non-refundable pet fee for one pet or $500 for two pets maximum. Please note that we do not accept aggressive breeds.
Security deposits are based on credit and start at $300. Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent amount.
We are now offering a special for a limited time: NO application fee, NO administrative fee, and $500 OFF your second months of rent!
