That's the average amount of days it took a home to sell in Greensboro in JULY. Arguably one of the best months to sell in.

That is a very different number than we say in 2020.

Marketing your home is very important in todays market. The days of throwing a sign in the yard and selling it in hours are gone. Buyers are checking every crack, getting multiple inspections, and going back to see a house 2-3 times before making a decision.

When interviewing an agent, its important to ask for the reality of the situation. What do we need to do to get this thing sold. What do you do after the first two weeks? What out of the box ideas do you have to get this thing sold?
