🏡✨ CLOSED in Thomasville! ✨🏡

The moment my buyer, a hardworking single dad, walked into this home, I knew it was the one. You could see it on his face. He immediately began imagining the memories he and his child would create there, and from that day forward, our goal was simple: get him home.

This transaction moved along beautifully until we hit an unexpected snag right at the finish line. As anyone in real estate knows, sometimes the journey takes a detour when you least expect it. But through persistence, strategy, teamwork, and a lot of determination, we found solutions and kept moving forward.

Excellent tips for controlling mosquitos in your garden 🌸, including emptying containers which collect water 💦 and using mosquito dunks. Melinda Heigel offers a detailed description of creating a "mosquito dunk bucket". 🪣
