Heads up, residents! We are beginning our patio decorating contest this Sunday, October 1st! We would love for you to get into the Fall Spirit and decorate with some spooky or autumn decor! Submissions for the contest will be due to the leasing office by October 14th. Please send a picture of your patio or balcony to [email protected]. We will then announce the winners at our Fall Festival on October 27th! A mystery gift card will be awarded to the winner!

Join us for two National Days in one! Thursday, September 28th is National Drink a Beer Day and National Good Neighbor Day! There will be beer, snacks, and neighbors in the Resident Lounge beginning at 4:30 until supplies last. Come stay a while and have a beer with your neighbors! This Thursday, September 7th is the first official game of the NFL season! Join us in the resident lounge for beer and PIZZA! We will be stocking the mini fridges in the Resident Lounge with beer and leaving some pizza out for you to enjoy during the first game! Feel free to turn on the game in our Resident Lounge or on the TVs under the covered patio as well!
