It is such a blessing to call the Triad our forever home. I have dedicated over 15 years to the customer service industry, before following my real estate dreams. There I was afforded many advancement opportunities through my dedication and hard work. I have a history of Banking/Sales and Management of Health Benefits Administration in call center environments. I am certified in Customer Service and Training. I have been able to share my experiences and knowledge with people/employees in call centers all over the world. By providing management, new hire training and ongoing customer service training and coaching. Additionally, I am an advocacy member of the community. I am pleased to partner with the following organizations: Winston Salem Regional Realtors Association Committee Member of Community Service, Education Development, Young Professionals Networking Group, and I served as the 2020 Director of Community Service for the Winston Salem Jaycees. I am extremely passionate about giving back and helping people to overcome the various obstacles and adversities they are faced with.
