📣PSA📣regarding Phone Usage!

Do NOT tie your security to a phone that is attached to a device. Get a Google number for validation purposes. I have been able to get into ONE account this whole time I have been without my phone because it was tied to my Google number. So, for ANYTHING you have that needs a verification code sent to your phone to get in, change the verification number to a Google number. NOW. That way, you can always receive codes via email, even if you lose all your phones, ipads, etc. Do this TODAY.

This means SO MUCH to me this year - probably more than ever. After so many crazy things happening 4th quarter 2025, I was reeeeeaaaaaly nervous about 1st quarter especially (y'all know that what you do today in RE shows up in 90 days).

But God.

He brought possibilities and opportunities unlike ever before... or maybe since I am on my own (sort of LOL) and not leading a team now I just saw them more clearly? I know He has always been there, so I bet it's the latter. AND, to top it off, this is the quickest this has EVER happened for me.

Regardless, ALL glory goes to Him.

Individual stories coming soon... you know I love to share the human side. But for now, I'll sum it up by saying

🙌🏼Even without a phone, it has been the best week. So so thankful!🙌🏼

People often ask me if I cover outside Yadkin. YES! I cover Forsyth, Davie, Davidson, Wilkes, Surry, Stokes, and parts of Ashe and Iredell. I have personal connections in allllllll of those areas, so I know them all well. If I dont know an area well, I don't cover it! I do, however, have excellent referral partners pretty much anywhere else that I trust to do a great job for you.

Let's see... I lived and worked in Wilkes as a juvenile probation officer; lived, worked, and went to school in Forsyth; went to school in Davie; covered Davidson as a probation officer (you get a LOT of learning the area doing that!); my mama's family is from Stokes; my daddy's family is from Surry; and I covered most of Ashe and Iredell as a PO. And then Yadkin... well it's HOME for so many reasons. SOOOO, when I say I have a personal connection, I have't just driven through on the way to Boone!

You are entrusting your agent with probably the single greatest financial transaction of your life. Make sure they know the ins an outs of the area. My license says I can cover all of NC, but if it isnt best for YOU, I will tell you!

Anyway, lots of miles these last few weeks but so so worth it... and my Camry will fly 😉.

My phone got dropped (with some trash) into a fire this evening - it is completely destroyed. I have another phone coming but it will not get to me until Thursday. If you need me in the interim please EMAIL or FB msg me. This is the only way I will have to communicate until my phone comes in. I will not have 24 hour access to email/wifi but I will check it as frequently as I can.

Good times. This too shall pass!
