Yesterday was a great opportunity to connect with the people seeking to represent our local communities!

Phillip Johnson represented T.E. Johnson & Sons, Inc. at Conversations with the Candidates, joining members of our local REALTORĀ® community for a relaxed and engaging afternoon with local candidates.

Nearly every invited candidate attended, giving REALTORSĀ® the opportunity to sit down with them, ask questions, and have genuine one-on-one conversations outside of the traditional candidate forum setting.

The feedback from both attendees and candidates was wonderful. REALTORSĀ® shared that they left feeling like they had a much better understanding of who the candidates are, while candidates appreciated the opportunity to relax and have meaningful conversations without the pressure of a traditional rapid-fire forum.

At T.E. Johnson & Sons, we believe staying engaged with our local community and the issues that affect housing, property ownership, and real estate is an important part of what we do.

Serving our community goes beyond the properties we manage. šŸ’š

On Friday, our Broker and Leasing Manager, Adriana Mantero, represented T.E. Johnson & Sons at WSRARā€™s Forsyth Backpack Program Packing Event. Together, volunteers packed 800 bags of food, providing 3,200 meals for children in Forsyth County!

Thank you to WSRAR for bringing everyone together and to Forsyth Backpack Program for the work you do to support local children. Weā€™re grateful to have been part of it!

Our team enjoyed getting out of the office for WSRARā€™s Coffee & Connections and spending the morning catching up with fellow real estate professionals from across the Winston-Salem area.

Events like this are a great reminder that real estate is a relationship business.
