Don’t wait until the last minute to complete your Continuing Education (CE) requirements and risk your license going inactive. Now is the perfect time to get your hours done!

To maintain an Active real estate license, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires 8 hours of Continuing Education each year.

Here’s what you need:
✔ Provisional Brokers & Non-BIC Brokers:
• 4-hour General Update (GENUP)
• 4-hour Commission-approved elective

✔ BICs & BIC-Eligible Brokers:
• 4-hour Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP)

Stephen and Kristen were in western NC yesterday near Banner Elk, Newland Nd the Green Valley community. As the days go by this week, we are getting word as to what is needed right now. Due to our connections, we have been focusing on Ashe County, Watagua County, and Avery County. The current needs are….
