Story Time… this one really touched my heart 💕*

Three years ago, I was introduced to Beryl through my sweet client and friend Tiffany. 💫

When Beryl and I first talked, she wasn’t ready yet… and she was honest about that. She just wanted guidance. She wanted to understand what it would take like how much to save, what the process looked like, and how to position herself for the day she would be ready.

And I respected that so much.

The bank needs time to verify:

✅ Work Hours - Full time

✅ Paid Taxes w/IRS

✅ Bank Statements

If you missed my Home Buyer Class on March 8th, you truly missed a wealth of information! 🏡✨

One of the biggest things I see is future homebuyers doubting themselves and believing homeownership isn’t possible for them. The truth is… with the right guidance and preparation, it absolutely can be.
