Home Sellers…Get A Home Inspection!!

Many of my seller clients choose not to have a pre-listing home inspection. Their reasoning? "What I don't know can't hurt me."
But here's the question...
Is that really fair to a potential buyer who may uncover unexpected issues after their offer is accepted?
A pre-listing inspection can provide transparency, reduce surprises during negotiations, and help create a smoother transaction for everyone involved.
What's your opinion? Should sellers know about potential issues before listing, or is it okay to let the buyer's inspection uncover them?

Story Time… this one really touched my heart 💕*

Three years ago, I was introduced to Beryl through my sweet client and friend Tiffany. 💫
