But behind these walls is a family watching their dream come together one stage at a time. Soon, this will be a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a 2-car garage and an open floor plan in Kernersville, NC.

This closing will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. ❤️
Not only did I have the honor of representing my personal friends as their listing agent, but their home went UNDER CONTRACT within the FIRST WEEK on the market for FULL ASKING PRICE! 🙌🏽🏡

But there’s another reason this closing means so much to me…

Home Sellers…Get A Home Inspection!!

Many of my seller clients choose not to have a pre-listing home inspection. Their reasoning? "What I don't know can't hurt me."
But here's the question...
Is that really fair to a potential buyer who may uncover unexpected issues after their offer is accepted?
A pre-listing inspection can provide transparency, reduce surprises during negotiations, and help create a smoother transaction for everyone involved.
What's your opinion? Should sellers know about potential issues before listing, or is it okay to let the buyer's inspection uncover them?
