FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
Rowland Enterprises and Fresh Hope Partner to Connect Career Growth With Financial and Homeownership Education.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., October 6, 2026 — Fresh Hope Workforce Development Ecosystem™ is partnering with Rowland Enterprises, LLC, led by Winston-Salem real estate professional Dominque Lacey Rowland, to connect Hope Achievers with education and resources for financial stability and homeownership.
Fresh Hope, an initiative of the New Hope Resource Center of Winston-Salem, Inc., connects its Hope Achievers with career training, support, and pathways to employment. Dominque Lacey Rowland is developing a community resource hub, the LaceyNeal Collective at Realty ONE Group, that will offer education and connections to trusted professionals as people navigate financial and homeownership decisions. Together, the organizations aim to help participants see how increased earning power can support lasting opportunities for their families.
The partnership will focus on connecting people with education and resources in six areas: preparing to buy a home; understanding lending and financing options; exploring real estate as part of a long-term wealth strategy; protecting assets; learning about life insurance and mortgage protection resources; and finding reputable community professionals and programs.
“A new career opportunity can change a person’s income. We also want Hope Achievers to have the knowledge and connections to make informed decisions about what comes next,” said Bishop John C. Parks, President and Founder of the New Hope Resource Center of Winston-Salem, Inc. “Our partnership with LaceyNeal Collective at Realty ONE Group brings financial and homeownership education into that larger journey toward economic mobility.”
The collaboration reflects a shared goal: helping people move from opportunity to stability, and from stability toward a stronger future for themselves and their families.
